Participate in the implementation and evaluation of a safety and health management programme

Purpose:

The SH&E specification has been prepared by the Agent for inclusion in all tender and contract documentation for construction work.  This will guide the Agent to evaluate the contractor’s competency and resources based on the tender submission to do the work safely as well as to ensure that the costs related to the compliance with SH&E, as well as this specification are taken into consideration at the tender stage.

No advice, approval of any document required by the specification or any other form of communication shall be construed as an acceptance by the Agent of any obligation that absolves the Contractor from achieving the required level of performance and compliance with legal requirements
