Non-Refundable Items:

  1. Completion of Course: Once you have accessed and started the course content, refunds will not be granted.

All delegates will receive 2 attempts per module.

  1. Bundle or Package Purchases: Refunds will not be granted for individual courses within a bundle or package purchase

  1. Course Access Extension: In case of extenuating circumstances preventing you from completing a course within the allotted time, we may consider providing a course access extension at our discretion. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

 

  1. Technical Issues: If you encounter technical difficulties with our platform or course content, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any technical issues promptly.

 

  1. Modification or Termination of Courses: Digital Technology Solutions reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate any course or content without prior notice. In such cases, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
